LUMBERTON — A kindergarten class from Magnolia Elementary School has been recognized as one of 40 classrooms across the nation to earn the Literacy Bowl MVP Classroom title from Imagine Learning.
The Berkshire Hills Regional School Committee approved a $38.8 million budget that cuts two elementary school classes, adds a literacy coach and restores $25,000 in teacher stipends.
